My girlfriend and I were in the area for a party that we had to go to we decided to stop and try this pizza place. I was actually shocked at how good and Rich the pizza was they give you fresh parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers we just got a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms 10 out of 10 the people are also super courteous as they came and checked up on us to make sure we were good! But definitely be back as we drive through Buffalo often

Great place with really great atmosphere. Food was REALLY good. Try the chicken parm. Like most places in 2026, expensive. Order at counter and they bring to table type of place.

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful restaurant, adorable atmosphere and the food was amazing. The meatball sub was delicious. Awesome HH specials on Wednesday and Thursdays. Can't wait for this to be one of our norm places for dining out. Give this adorable place a chance! You will love it.

Beer selection is phenomenal! Pasta and sandwich we got were incredible. I only wish we had plans to come back to Buffalo to try again

Old City Pizza opened pretty recently in the basement of Pearl Street Grill. Went for lunch and ordered the chicken parm sandwich with vodka sauce. That sandwich and a drink came to almost $30 after tax and tip. Pricey at face value, but it’s worth it. The sandwich was enormous; I don’t think my picture did it justice. The bread was fresh baked and was crusty and chewy while still being light. The sauce was delicious, and the chicken was nice and moist. I will comfortably get two meals out of it. Order at the counter and sit anywhere. It’s a huge space. Lunch was brought to me within 15 minutes so it should be good for work lunch breaks. I’m looking forward to trying the pizza and pasta.
